Appointment policy:

No call/No show: As a courtesy, we will keep your appointment for up to 10 minutes. If No call/No Show, your appointment will be cancelled.

Lateness: Your session may be shortened to maintain timeliness for the appointments after you, should you arrive late.

Cancellation: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advanced for any cancellation.

After 3 incidences of lateness or No call/No Show, you may be prevented from booking in the future.
